The Leonard Engelman Fellowship
What is the Leonard Engelman Fellowship?
Fully funded by Cinema Makeup School, the Leonard Engelman Fellowship is a selective honors program for current CMS students who demonstrate the highest degree of excellence and dedication in the classroom. The program is seperated into two divisions: Beauty & High Fashion and Character Development. Honorees in each of the program's divisions are chosen by an application and selection process that weighs grades, attendence, personal statements and faculty reccomendations. Top-scoring applicants (generally comprising around 10% of the entire class) become "Leonard Engelman Fellows," the highest student honor at Cinema Makeup School. A second group of high-scoring students who closely miss the fellowship cutoff are honored as "Leonard Engelman Associates."
